On the plus side, you get a lot of food for your money. And the staff is friendly. On the minus side: the food isn't very good, the offerings aren't very healthy. And this is a place where families bring their kids. How about some salad bar offerings that are aimed at kids? Or maybe on the walls, some photos of kids doing active things? Or maybe photos of healthy meal suggestions?

I was told that his specific location is under new management. And you can definitely tell. The service is better, the buffet is always full, and the salad bar has really been improved with more options to choose from than you could shake a stick at. The place is also kept clean and tidy.

My kids absolutely love it here. Giz and Macho run a smooth ship. Lots of variety for the price.

Not the best pizza around, but a good variety and all you can eat for a reasonable price.

Very dissapointed. The salad tasted like sanitizer. The sweet rolls not as good. The pizza just ok.

Was disappointed this time. I ordered a special pizza with ground beef, bacon, onion, and black olives, no cheese. At most I only got 2 pieces of ground beef on each slice. As the commercial says, " where's the beef?"

Quick and inexpensive. Great variety. Will make any pizza you like if you ask. Certainly not the best food in the world but it hits the spot and children love it.

It was a very enjoyable meal. Staff was good, manager was excellent. Only had to drive an hour to get there. Worth it though.

I ordered too go and they took my order but sooner of the stuff I wanted was not on the menu anymore and instead of calling me and asking me if I want something else they just made stuff that was closest to what I wanted ( I ordered cinnamon buns they don't have them anymore but they have something similar do they have me that instead of calling me) but when I called and commanded they replace a couple pizzas with pizzas we wanted and also gave me a card to come inside and eat the all you can eat it is good for 4 people. So they did try to fix the problem.

The new management has really cleaned up this place. The food is fresh and hot. The service is with a smile and they are truly happy to serve us. What a change this new manager has!

I like a thicker crust on my pizza. The pizza was good. The salad bar was terrific.

Great food for the price. Family friendly and always dish out coupons. Soup is good and salad bar too. My hubby likes to order a fresh buffalo wings pizza. They will make you a while pie too. Desserts are always a must.

Great pizza buffet.. 5 bucks for all you can eat.. But they should include the price of the drink because it seems a little misleading.

Always a pleasure when I visit this place. Made a Mac and Cheese pizza for me and I was in heaven. Can't wait to go back.

Ranch chicken pizza a nice change of pace, pepperoni and black olive pizza had so many olives 😋 yum, and for dessert the 🍎 apple pizza melts in your mouth 👄

Love this place. Good food. Lots of choices and a very nice staff. Plus the manager is a wonderful person who tries to make your visit a good experience.

My wife and have been going to CiCi’s Pizza located on Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte, Florida for many years. Quite frankly, it has consistently been our FAVORITE place to eat. It has always been clean and all the food has been the best.We have not gone out for a while because of Covid-19. However, we decided to finally go out and back to CiCi s the other night with friends. We ate inside and it has never been better. All the employees wore masks and they even had gloves available to the customers. The restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious. We were greeted by the Manager “Giz” Hernandez and were made to feel like we were family. ALL the food was fresh and we even had (2) pizzas made to order which were brought to our table. They had a great salad bar, pasta, sauce, all kinds of fresh pizza and even desert. The service was great and they consistently cleared the table.In essence, we plan to go back soon and have a great meal.

I would say 3.5 stars. But honestly there isn't any other better place to take out the tiny kids in the area. Place seems small, but surprisingly fits a lot of people. Has a few arcades that both the kids and adults enjoy. The best part about it is the unlimited buffet! Great for kids birthday parties!

Nice buffet with a decent price.

Went with a group of 11 and there was like no food. We had to wait for more to be brought out the whole time. Waste of 80 bucks

I'm so glad we decided to stop in for pizza here! The guy at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. Pizza was exactly how we like it! Highly recommend.

Not exactly a five star restaurant, but credit where credit is due. Cheap to eat at, the one near my Dad (Port Charlotte FL) is always clean, always has a variety of pizzas hot and ready, and a good salad bar. You can really stuff yourself silly here. And... the apple desert pizza is very good... and the gooey sticky cinnamon things are super yummy. I always eat too many.

We love coming to Cicis. It's a cheap buffet that makes decent pizza. But the real highlight are the desserts - the brownies and the cinnamon rolls are SO gooey good!! Also - little known fact is that if you don't see what you want on the buffet, they can make you your own pizza (included in the price of the buffet!). So, if you don't mind waiting 10 minutes for your own hot personal pan pizza this is the place for you! You just have to ask! I love coming here with my daughter. It's very much a kid oriented restaurant. They have arcade games and prize machines for the kids. You just buy the tokens (4 tokens for a dollar - most games take 3 or 4 tokens). Cheap night out with the family and the management and the employees are always friendly!

Pretty chaotic! from just walking in you can tell there's not much team work happening here. Very small and awkward layout. It was an hour until close and they shut down one side of the restaurant. An employee began to clean the tables with cleaning products and spraying it at the table right next to us *hack*cough*hack*.They kids love it and never notice 🤷🏾‍♀️

This is the go to for chain pizza, fresh pizza made to order and liking..plus salad bar and deserts..

I would not return here. It was over $18 for me ,my husband and our 1 year old during lunch. The salad was brown & wilted. The pasta has been sitting out for way too long and had an odd taste to it. Then , at the first table we sat at I looked down and there was a dead roach under the chair. I should have walked out then,but my husband was too excited to be at the pizza buffet so I suffered through it. Then in the bathroom , the baby changer was filthy. I honestly feel so disgusted that I ate food that was made here after all is said and done.

Clean and super service . Fresh pizza and dessert pizzas are a great lunch for everyone in our party of 6. Several young men came to our table to make sure we knew more flavors were out of the oven. Then they returned to help clear the table . We left full and satisfied. Great busy day lunch.

Great value for the price. The wait staff very pleasant. Terrific place if you like pizza soup and salad. Fresh salad. And a wonderful variety of pizza. They'll even make one the way you want for everyone to enjoy.
